今天吃貨想要分享一個在小樽的魚市場-三角市場!
三角市場離小樽運河約6分鐘車程,
雖然只是一個小市場, 但是選擇很多也十分新鮮!
所以令我這個吃貨十分滿足!
Today I would like to share a fish market that located in Otaru -
Sankaku Central Market!
Only need 6mins drive from Otaru Canal area to Sankaku Market,
although it is a small fish market, they have a lot of choices and those are fresh!
Thats why foodie Yanyanbebe felt so satisfied!

右邊的照片是市場內部!
除了新鮮海產,海產漬物, 他們也有一些乾貨海產給遊客作伴手禮!
另外旁邊也有一些食堂!

Photo at right side is the inner of market
Beside the fresh seafood, seafood pickles...
they also sell dried seafood products to tourist as souvenirs!
There are some restaurants at the opposite side.


首先, 我們選了一隻2公斤多的皇帝蟹!
蟹腳做刺身, 蟹身拿去蒸!
把蟹肉沾上蟹流出來的汁,味道很好!
我們很快就吃完了整隻蟹!
First, we chose a King Crab which weight 2.x kg!
Crab legs used to serve as sashimi and usually steam the Crab body
Dipped the crab juice and taste, AMAZING!
We finished the whole crab in a short time!

2.八角魚/sea poacher/팔각 물고기
肉質很爽, 比較少見!
It is refreshing and quite difficult to find it out of Japan!
3.牡丹蝦/Spot Shrimp/모란 새우



4.海膽/Sea Urchin/섬게
沒有浸著鹽水的新鮮海膽, 真的超級好味道!!!!
Fresh Urchin without soaked in salt water, really tasty!!!
5.鮑魚/Abalone/전복
剛選好就做成刺身, 新鮮好吃!!
Choose the abalone from the tank and serve as Sashimi!Fresh and Delicious!!

6.生蠔/Oyster/생 굴
雖然Size比較小, 但絕對是超好吃!
最後吃了3盤才滿足!
Although the size is quite small, the taste is absolutely great!
we ate 3 plates of oyster before we finished our lunch!
오늘 먹보는 오타루에 있던 산카쿠 시장은 공유하고 싶어요!
오타루 운하부터 6분 운전하면 산카쿠 시장에 도착 할 수 있어요!
시장이 좀 작지만 선탁 많고 신선해요!
그래서 저는 여기를 너무 좋아했어요!

문장 위에 사진은 산카쿠 시장의 입구예요!
그리고 시장 내부는 신선한 해산물이 있고 해산물 피클도 있을 뿐만 아니라 관광객들 위한 해산물 건조 제품도 팔아요!
가게 옆에 식당 6개 있어요!

첫 째, 우리 한 황제 게를 선택했어!
게 다리가 회로 만드고 게 몸은 게 찜로 만들었어요!
게 살은 크랩 쥬스를 딥 먹으면 너무 맛있어요!
우리는 전체 게를 금방 먹었어!
2.팔각 물고기- 고기가 청신하고 일본 밖에서 찾은 것 어려워요!
3.모란 새우
4.섬게- 염수 없는 신선 섬게, 엄청 맛있더라고요!
5.전복- 회로 먹어서 너무 좋아요!
6.생 굴- 사이즈 좀 작지만 맛이 최고예요! 우리 생 굴 3반 먹었어요! 너무 만족했어요! :)
