Hi everyone...It has been a long time since my last Shikoku travels!
炭火焼鳥 鳥ぼん

Today I am going to introduce one of the famous restaurant in Tokushima. Sumibi yakitori toribon (炭火焼鳥 鳥ぼん).
It is around 5 mins walk from Tokushima station.
We visited there at around 7pm and the restaurant full house already! They were having Yakitori and beer, enjoy their gathering time :)
Menu have Japanese and English, we can order food easily even we dont understand Japanese! Also, we can guess some of the meaning by hanja!
The waiter served us some snacks at the beginning, it is the Japanese style pickled Vegetables!
Besides,beer is the perfect match with Yakitori!!!
So below are the food we ordered!! Lets have a look!
Cabbage salad, fresh and taste good!
Shabu Shabu of AWA-ODORI, AWA-ODORI is the must eat item in Tokishima! The have assorted vegetables, onion and chicken :) The taste of chicken wont affect by the japanese style soup base.
Kakuni (Japanese style pork belly stew)
This is really surpirsed us, the pork belly are delicious and we encored this dish!
Yakitori are juicy, taste so match with salt and never feel too heavy!
Onigiri (rice ball or grilled rice ball)
I like to eat onigiri when I travel to Japan, the onigiri have variety flavors or fillings. Onigiri has never disappointed us...haha

今天我想要介紹一家我在德島很喜歡的餐廳!! (炭火焼鳥 鳥ぼん)
這家餐廳距離德島站走路約5分鐘就到了!
那天我們約晚上7點到達餐廳,但是餐廳已經滿座了! 客人們都在吃串燒跟喝啤酒, 邊吃邊聊天很享受他們的聚會!
餐牌上有日文跟英文, 我們就算不太懂日文也可以容易的點菜!!因為日文中也有漢字, 所以或多或少都可以理解到!
侍應會先把前菜的漬物給我們...很好吃!
另外..串燒跟啤酒真是絕配呀!!
我們點了椰菜沙拉..又新鮮又好吃!
然後有阿波尾雞shabu shabu, 阿波尾雞是德島地區必吃的食物!! 那個shabu shabu有新鮮的蔬菜盤,洋蔥跟雞肉!
那個湯底很好..不太濃又很香,更不會影響肉的味道!

豚角煮, 這個豚角煮真的讓我們驚嘆! 好吃的要多點一碟再吃..哈哈 :)
串燒都燒得十分好, 很多汁, 只用鹽去調味已經很好吃! 吃了一堆都不會覺得膩!
最後就是飯團, 到日本旅遊我很喜歡吃飯糰!很多不同的味道跟餡料, 日本飯糰永遠都不會讓我們失望的!
