Here comes to another restaurant recommendation by me and @minloulou!
Our favourite cafe in Cheung Sha Wan, HK - HUMMINGBIRD!
Address: 65 Shun Ning Rd, Cheung Sha Wan, HK
We visit this cafe regularly, like once a week.
The vibe is great, coffee and food are all nice!
So here we go!
HummingBird located in a old district - Cheung Sha Wan in HK, hidden in the old buildings! Just walked around 8-10 mins from Cheung Sha Wan MTR station, you will find HummingBird! HummingBird is quite popular in the area, the vibe is relax, you can enjoy coffee alone or enjoy the gathering with friends here!
The founder hope this cafe can be a place for customer to escape a while from the crazy society.
They chose the word"瘋鳥" which is same pronunciation of HummingBird in chinese in order to put this hidden meaning in chinese name of cafe.
We love to sit at the bar table, chat with the barista, drink the nice coffee and meal there! The barista is nice and willing to share some knowledge of coffee. We always spend an afternoon or dinner time here to have a deep chat!
As the cafe area is not really big, they can only offered around 34 seats. The cafe always full, customer do enjoy the time here with beloved one or friends!
The decoration here is Industrial Loft Style! Some old posters stick on the wall "LEON", some art works that shown the view of Cheung Sha Wan. You'll feel the time seems stopped since you entered the cafe.
Let me share their food and drinks to you :) They changed the menu in every 2 weeks. So you may try different menu instead of order the same food every time! Their food menu sometimes will have special taste, like spaghetti with fermented tofu paste and pork, chicken burger with spicy sesame paste and pineapple pieces. They wont let you down!
Those are delicious and cooked to order!!
Mochi Waffle is really delicious!
You'll see the barista brew coffee or pour over coffee in front of you if you sit at bar table!
They also listed the details of each kind of filter coffee on the menu.
You can choose your favourite taste to order.
You may also get some advice from the barista!
They also provide some non-coffee drink, fruit tea and smoothie are all fine!!!

"瘋鳥"是位於香港的長沙灣
地址: 長沙灣65號順寧道地舖
基本人我們一個星期都會去一次, 那裡的氛圍好舒服
食物跟咖啡都十分不錯!
瘋鳥位於長沙灣這個舊區中, 隱藏在一堆舊樓之間!從長沙灣地鐵站走約8-10分鐘就可以到達瘋鳥了! 這家cafe在長沙灣區挺有名的, 氣氛輕鬆, 你可以一個人來享受咖啡 或者是跟一班朋友來聚會!
瘋鳥的老闆希望這裡能成為客人從瘋狂的世界中逃出一會的地方!所以他們選擇了跟蜂鳥同讀音的"瘋鳥"去代表這個意思!
我們很喜歡坐在高桌, 跟咖啡師聊天, 喝咖啡跟享受餐點! 咖啡師十分友善也很願意分享一些咖啡的知識~ 我們經常在這裡渡過一個下午或晚上, 享受一下靜靜對話的時間!
因為瘋鳥不是太大, 所以他們只能提供約34個坐位! 而這裡經常都會滿座, 客人都十分喜歡在這裡跟最愛的或朋友一起渡過的時間
他們的裝潢偏向工業風, 牆上也貼有一些舊的電影海報跟一些畫有長沙灣環境的畫作!走進瘋鳥的一刻, 時間好像停下來了..不緊張很輕鬆!
現在讓我跟你分享他們的咖啡跟餐點吧! 他們每兩個星期就會換一次餐單, 所以你來的時候會嚐到不同的菜單, 不會每次來都重覆點同一個食品! 有時候你會發現他們菜單有一些是特別的味道, 例如腐乳肉粒意粉, 惹火菠蘿雞堡等! 他們總不會讓人失望!!
由於他們的飲品跟食物都是即點即做, 所以需要等一會!
推介麻糬窩夫, 這個甜品讓人十分滿足!
另外, 他們在咖啡方面也做得十分出色! 他們提供了各種手沖咖啡的味道分析, 好讓你能選到適合自己的味道! 你也可以問一下咖啡師, 請他建議一些適合的咖啡 :)
瘋鳥也有一系列非咖啡類的飲品, 果茶, 沙冰等等, 味道都挺好的.
