Guilin. Part 12. Yangshuo, a walk along the river on a raft.

May 2021 · 3 min read · Guilin

As promised, our walk along the river on a raft, at the bottom of the post - a few videos of how we sailed on the raft.
In 2017, when we were in Guilin, somehow I still didn’t really shoot a video. Rarely small.
It was then that I already dispersed. :)))
Therefore, all the videos are small, just to show the atmosphere of the mountains that rise in front of the course and from the sides.

And on this post with a video, you can finish your story about the Guilin mountains.
I showed a lot of mountains, a lot of photos too.
Let me remind you that we arrived in Yangshuo by car in the evening, at 5 o'clock, and for almost an hour we circled around 300 meters, could not find our hotel, circled around it.
Therefore, they found the code, settled in, went to dinner, and then fell asleep.
The next day we woke up, had breakfast, and went for a walk.
The day was a little cloudy in the morning, so the first photos on the waterfront in Yangshuo were not bright.

Then the sun began to rise higher, and the sky became more and more blue, the sun appeared, and it became quite beautiful.

So we got to the place where boats or rafts stood, where we could sit down and go for a drive.

We got into the same spoon with two guys, they were Chinese from other provinces, we had a wonderful chat with them.
Have photographed for memory.

The walk is rather short, only 30 minutes, they are brought before the turn of the river - and back.
I would, of course, ride longer. But here is a purely tourist short walk for the standard tourist price.
I don't remember how much we gave, but it didn't really matter to us.

Now I will show you photos from a spoon, just a lot of photos, where the mountains are around and ahead.
And below everything is the same, only in the video.

As you can see, there are a lot of spoons, they overtake each other, someone is sailing slowly, someone is fast, all boats are with motors, like a raft, but with a motor. :)))
They swim up to this turn, and then they turn around - and everyone swims back.

And here is the bridge from where we departed from the pier. Already visible.

We almost returned, now over the bridge - and sailed back.

If you go up the stairs to the pier, you can make this kind of panorama from above.
