今天好多好吃的要分享一下!
會席料理, A5松坂牛, 海膽飯!
這篇暫時是這陣子最後一篇遊記了...
希望之後能多點分享香港好吃的東西!
Today I would like to share a lot of delicious food!
Kaiseki-style Japanese cuisine, grade A5 wagyu beef and sea urchin rice!!
Besides, this is the last travels temporarily.....
Hope I can share more nice food in Hong Kong later!



1. Kazahana
Address: The Westin Rusutsu Resort, 133 Izumikawa Rusutsu-mura, Abuta-gun, Hokkaido, 048-1711 Japan

這是我住在威斯汀留壽都度假村時...吃到的會席料理晚餐!
他們用上了北海道當季的食材, 全部都十分新鮮跟好味道!
那個炒飯..我忘了有什麼..但是就是超好吃!!! (日本米真是日本米~...哈哈)還有蟹, 魚, 牛!! 滿足了 :)

This is the Kanseki-style dinner when I was staying at The Westin Rusutsu Resort!
Those were Hokkaido seasonal
ingredients, all were fresh and delicious!
I forgot what kind of ingredients were added into the fried rice, but the taste was really amazing! (Japanese rice is really the best....haha!) Also, crab, fish and beef! BRAVO!!!! :)







2. Steak House Hama/
ステーキハウス ハマ 札幌店

這家的牛排真的是超級犯規! 有A5跟A4的松坂牛, 還有鵝肝跟海鮮, 廚師會在你面前用鐵板燒方式烹調!
你可以邊看邊吃!! 但價格偏高...一個套餐大概要差不多一千多塊!

The steak in this restaurant are really great! They provided grade A5 and A4 Matsusaka beef, also Foie gras and sea food! The chef will use teppanyaki to cook and serve in front of you!
You can have both enjoyment of food in visual and taste at the same time!! But the price range is quite high....1 set of dinner cost ard USD140!



3. Aputa(道之驿店)/あぷた
Address: 虻田郡洞爺湖町入江84番地2(国道37号沿い)

位於洞爺湖附近的道路休息站-Aputa! 除了有當地出產的食品外, 還有吸引了很多人來吃的海膽飯!!
原板海膽跟白飯, 湯, 配菜等, 只需要約120塊, 很划算!! 由於接近漁港, 所以十分新鮮!

We went to Aputa - the rest area that located near Lake Toya! Beside some local products, the sea urchin rice is the famous item which attracted a lot of people to try!
Whole plate of sea urchin with rice, soup and side dish is only cost USD 15, how attractive to try sea urchin rice at this price! The sea urchin is fresh as the rest area next to the fishing harbour!


오늘 공유하고 싶은 음식이 많아요!
가이세키 요리, 소고기와 섬게 덮밥!
그리고 이 글이 당분간 마지막 여행 이야기에요!
다음에 홍콩 유명한 식당을 공유하고 싶어요!

1. Kazahana
웨스틴 루스츠 리조트에 있을 때 먹었 던 가이세키 저녁이에요!
홋카이도 제철 재료를 이용해서 다 신선하고 맛있어요! 그 볶음밥은 무슨 재료 든지 잊어지만 아주 맛있었어요! 그리고 게, 물고기,소고기! 너무 만족했어요 :)

2. Steak House Hama
이 식당의 와규 진짜 최고!!! A5 와 A4등급 마쓰자카 와규가 있어요! 그리고 해산물과 포 아그라, 요리사는 우리 앞에서 철판으로 요리해요!
대박한 요리 과정을 보면서 맛있는 와규를 먹어요! 근데 값이 좀 비싸요, 한 저녁 세이트는 약 150,000원이에요! (좀 비싸 지만, 맛있어서 한 번 먹어 봐요!)

3. Aputa
Aputa는 도야호 근처 한 휴게소에요! 지역 제품 외에는 섬게 덮밥이 인기가 엄청 많아요!
섬게 한반과 밥, 국수,반찬등, 약 18,000원 정도에요! 아주 좋아요! 항구 옆에 있으니까 섬게를 아주 신선해요!
